QUALITY CONTROL DIVISION

The quality control division is a branch of the EPE/SPA VERITAL company based in Algiers. The missions of the quality control division are to provide services covering all services linked to national and international trade operators in accordance with laws, specifications and/or contractual forms. The quality control division is made up of multidisciplinary experts who can intervene at any time, both in Algeria and abroad with suppliers before shipping the goods.

PROCEDURES OPERATIONELLES

In their interventions, the experts use operational procedures established by the technical staff of the division, approved by the company's General Management and regularly verified by the quality assessors of the accrediting body, in particular:

Procedure to approve the product.
Procedure to monitor compliance.
Procedure inspect monitor loading, unloading and unloading.
Procedure for assessing damage and damage to products.
Procedure for taking samples for analysis.

MATERIALS AND MEANS

To respond quickly to our customers' requests and to respect their contractual requirements, the Quality Control Division is equipped with all the material resources necessary and useful for its activities.
